We do not offer tracking as we would have to pass that cost on to the customer, so to keep our prices fair we keep it 1st class standard.

We not accept refunds as the coffee is roasted to order.
We cannot cancel orders, as a small business with trusted coffee partners, we ask them to roast to order. The same procedure for Returns, as your coffee box has been created for you. We will be happy to organise an exchange for the following: Espresso for Filter and v.v, Ground for Whole bean and v.v. In order for an exchange we must first receive the coffee unopened and without damage.
