Mango Lassi

This is a refreshing drink goes well with every curry meal and is a staple in the summer months when mangoes are in season. If it gets really hot then you can even freeze this recipe to make ice lollies for a healthy treat for the kids!

Prep time: 10 mins

No Cooking required

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of canned / fresh mango pulp
  • 3-4 tbsp of sugar
  • A few ice cubes if you wish

Method

  • Pop everything into a blender except ice cubes
  • Blend away
  • Pop into a glass, add the ice cubes if you wish and drink away.
