This is a refreshing drink goes well with every curry meal and is a staple in the summer months when mangoes are in season. If it gets really hot then you can even freeze this recipe to make ice lollies for a healthy treat for the kids!
Prep time: 10 mins
No Cooking required
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup of plain yogurt
- 1 cup of canned / fresh mango pulp
- 3-4 tbsp of sugar
- A few ice cubes if you wish
- Pop everything into a blender except ice cubes
- Blend away
- Pop into a glass, add the ice cubes if you wish and drink away.
