We are a Caribbean family business who produce condiments with scotch bonnet.

Our original recipe hot sauce has been developed over four generations, originally produced by Victorine Harris, who would make and sell food from her kitchen in Guyana, to feed her 10 children. This has led to a range of products with the same ethos, natural ingredients, no artificial preservatives or thickeners and vegan.

We produce;

Hot sauce

Sweet chilli jam

Pineapple chilli jam

Smoked scotch bonnet bbq sauce

BBQ Mash up (a marinade and relish)

Our products are a fantastic accompaniment to many meals. Our hot sauces are great to pep up any meal of your choice, used in mayonnaise for dips, hummus, on pizza and also added to other ingredients for a marinade.

Our jams are fantastic on cheese boards and the pineapple jam a great alternative to mango chutney.

Our BBQ sauce has a natural smokey flavour from our birch wood smoked vegetables. Our mash up is our sustainable product, the by-product of our BBQ sauce, the goodness of the ingredients pressed and jarred.

All of our products naturally are have long shelf lives and are a great addition to any kitchen.
