We are only scheduled to have 2 courses this year due to the high level of baking we have. The second course is scheduled for November 2018
The day runs from 9:30am-4:30pm. Lunch will be provided and is actually one of the breads that we’ll be making. The rest of the day involves making the same breads we produce for both retail and wholesale, each one will be different too. There will be wet doughs, breads for breakfast plus a sweet dough, each one having a different mixing/kneading technique. Also we shall talk about how we started, how we operate, use of different types of ovens, recipe creation and a whole lot more.
