We offer more than the usual flour and water based, produced on site, sweet offerings. The business was started around the nation’s favourite sweet ingredient – chocolate, with other premium ingredients being introduced over the years. Wild Canadian blueberry and Belgian double chocolate are the staple muffin flavours we bake at events, gluten free of both too. Baked along side the muffins are a selection of Danish pastries and croissants, on many occasions we’ve had customers hanging around waiting for the next batch of muffins and pastries to be born from the oven. Belgian chocolate brownies finished with white chocolate & popping candy and banana bread finish the standard food offerings for events. illy coffee, Yorkshire tea and belistore’s Madagascan infused hot chocolate are the headliners in the drinks. Our hot chocolate is topped with fresh double cream in the warmer months and toasted marshmallow for the cooler months. The marshmallow being toasted with an industrial blow torch produces a positive ripple of excitement in the waiting queue.
